Terms of service

These terms are a plain-language summary provided so the service is not operated without stated terms. They are not a substitute for professionally drafted terms, and should be reviewed by a lawyer before the product takes payments at scale.
1. The service
OrderFlow Beast provides order-flow analytics: market data visualisation, configurable signal setups, market scans, and AI-generated commentary. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or take custody of any asset.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. One account per person. Do not share access, resell output, or attempt to scrape or redistribute market data obtained through the service.
3. Plans and billing
Free, Starter and Pro plans are described on the pricing section. Paid plans bill monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. AI usage on Pro is metered against an included credit and any top-ups you purchase, and per-call cost is shown in your billing view.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent tier limits, overload the API, probe or attack the infrastructure, or use the service to build a competing data product. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Data and risk
Market data may be delayed, inferred, stale or unavailable, and is labelled accordingly in the product. Read the risk disclosure — it forms part of these terms. Nothing in the service is investment advice.
6. Liability
The service is provided without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for trading losses or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
